Though I’m an engineer at heart – I absolutely love building relationships. Supporting, growing and leading teams has been the highlight of my career and I have been blessed to be part of organizations that embrace that vision. Whether for individual production or to propel team growth, approaching any topic or task with the end in mind (as my Dad would say) is critical to success. Structure, balance and most importantly – having a blast while doing what you love – that’s my definition of sustainable success.

I started in Banking back in 2005 and have been primarily in Sales Leadership, but I’ve had the amazing opportunity in the last 5-6 years to be much more involved in mortgage technology as our world turns digital. Marrying the digital world with a personal and memorable experience – that‘s my vision of an amazing home financing experience provided by a mortgage team that loves what they do.
